1. Scope of Application

These terms apply to all users who engage with AeroClaimPlus to pursue flight-related compensation claims or legal support services.

2. Engagement & Booking

Submitting a claim form does not constitute legal representation. We begin processing your claim only after confirming eligibility and receiving a signed agreement or authorization.

3. Payment Terms

Standard claims are handled on a “no win – no fee” basis with a 25% success fee (including VAT). Premium or legal services may require advance payment. All amounts are in CHF.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • 🔹 Standard claims: no fee if compensation is not secured.
  • 🔹 Premium services: refundable if cancelled more than 72 hours in advance.
  • 🔹 Late cancellations (under 48 hours): may be partially refundable or non-refundable.

If we cancel your claim processing for internal reasons, a full refund or equivalent service credit will be provided.

We are not liable for rejected claims resulting from incomplete documentation, airline decisions, expired deadlines, or inaccurate data provided by the client.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • ✅ Provide accurate and complete flight information.
  • ✅ Respond to document requests within 7 days.
